Delete your Topinu account

1. Open More, then Account.
2. Choose Delete account and review any responsibilities that must be handed off first.
3. While online, verify a linked password, Google, or Apple sign-in and confirm permanent deletion.

Resolve any item below that applies before deletion:

• A sole active shop owner must transfer ownership or close the shop.
• An active assigned delivery route must be finished, cancelled, or reassigned.
• A pending order payment must finish, or you must change the cart to cancel that payment attempt.
• An open store checkout must finish, or you must return to the cart and make a change to close its payment session.
• A Flora Pass change or checkout must finish, be cancelled, or expire.

Email us from the address on your Topinu account. Name the app you used—Topinu Go, Topinu Manager, or the Topinu storefront—and write “delete my account.” We will verify your identity before acting and explain any responsibility that must be resolved first.

We will reply to the account email with verification and next steps. Deletion starts only after identity verification and any applicable item above is resolved.

If email is unavailable, use Topinu support and include “account deletion” in the subject.

Confirmed deletion signs you out everywhere and removes personal routes, private mobile data, linked sign-in methods, and shop memberships. It stops future Flora Pass renewals through provider cancellation; it does not by itself refund past charges. Topinu then removes the associated billing customer where provider, accounting, and legal obligations allow. Completed commerce records are anonymized where possible. Limited information may be retained when required for active fulfillment, refunds, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or another legal obligation.

Topinu Manager is for invited shop staff and does not create a separate Manager-only account. Removing a staff membership ends that shop access; deleting the shared Topinu account follows the steps above.
